for ho...how much total did you pay for inspections?
for how many of inspector's minutes?
and
how much did you pay for electrician's labour?
for how many hours and minutes?

I am curious about their hourly rates
Sam Wongnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8936337620230155924.post-20118792386228494192015-04-21T04:08:03.024-04:002015-04-21T04:08:03.024-04:00I had an electrician change my electrical panel. T...I had an electrician change my electrical panel. The inspector arrived when the electrician was half way through the job.

Inspector did not look at what the electrician was doing and what he was being paid to inspect but the inspector questioned me about the wiring in my rec room that I had done myself.

And the inspector told me to get a permit and he would come back and inspect it.

I had the electrician have a look at what I had done and it cost me $150 more for the permit and the inspection which the inspector did not inspect after I told him that the electrician had checked it.

I can understand them having a minimum charge. My objection is when they charge the money but do not do the inspection. George Madilnoreply@blogger.com
